Experienced Pediatric, Med/Peds, or Family Practice Provider

Job Description:

As a provider, you will join our private pediatric practice. Details on the position are:

  • Evenly shared call (1 week at a time, averaging 4-10 calls per week)

  • Flexible schedule, but must be able to work one late night per week

  • Practice is EMR-based (eClinicalworks)

  • Partnership/Shareholder opportunity available to applicant and strongly preferred

Job Requirements:

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible

  • 3 years (minimum) experience in a primary care provider role

  • Previous pediatric or family experience strongly desired

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bi-lingual a plus

Nurse or Medical Assistant (FT or PT)

Job Description:

Working under the direction of our providers, our Nurses and MAs are an integral member of our health care team and are involved in all aspects of the patient visit. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Direct care

  • Scheduling

  • Provider-patient communication

  • Triage

  • Basic lab procedures

  • Clinic & EMR workflow optimization

  • Quality of Care monitoring

  • and other office-related tasks as assigned by clinic administration

  • Care coordination with on and off-site providers

Nurse applicants will have additional responsibilities including:

  • Clinic & EMR workflow optimization including staff training

  • Quality of Care monitoring

  • Managing support staff

  • Assist administration in developing and deploying clinical and administrative initiatives

  • and other office-related tasks as assigned by clinic administration

Job Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Nurse (RN)

  • BLS or ability to be certified required

  • 3 years (minimum) experience in a medical assistant position or 2 years for nurse applicants

  • Previous clinic experience preferred

  • Previous pediatric experience strongly desired

  • Must have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize heavy workloads in a constantly changing environment

  • Must be able to maintain a daily routine to meet daily deadlines

  • Experience with Electronic Health Records required. Experience with eCW preferred.

  • Strong ability to multitask, organized, disciplined, and detail oriented

  • Must be a self starter and comfortable working independently

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, Gmail and other online applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, bi-lingual a major plus
