Michelle Ohnstad
Pediatric Nurse Practitioner, Partner
Michelle is a board-certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and Lactation Educator. Her past pediatric experience includes several years as a Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital of MN where she cared for patients in the cardiac intensive care unit.
Michelle strives to meet families where they are at to provide care that best supports each individual family’s needs. She enjoys getting to know a family’s strengths, values, and interests to better partner with them and their child(ren) when providing whole-person healthcare. Her favorite part of her job is seeing kids and their families grow. Seeing a newborn babe grow into a person with likes, opinions, and dreams reminds her every day why she chose this career.
Michelle lives in SW Minneapolis with her husband, 3 kids, and rescue dog. When she isn’t working or chauffeuring her kids, she enjoys running or walking along the many Minneapolis park trails, reading a good book, or spending time with friends and family.
